Our aim in the classes we offer is to introduce and develop positive attitudes towards exercise and healthy living as well as learning football skills in a fun and safe environment. Players will work on skill development, speed and agility and take part in small sided games. They can also expect information on diet and nutrition and the importance of living an active life. This combined with a lot of fun makes for a great night of football. Classes run four blocks a year simultaneously with school term time.
