We offer a range of classes to help you feel fit and fabulous.
With low and high intensity options, you can tailor your class choices to your fitness goals. Our motivational fitness instructors will help you to feel energised, confident, proud of yourself and ready to take on anything. Please see below for the class timetable and booking links. If you have our standard membership then all classes are included in your membership.
Full members get 7 day booking in advance.
PAYG members get 6 days booking in advance.
You must cancel any classes you cannot attend at least 20 minutes prior to the class commencing.
30 minute classes are £3 and all 45 min and 60 min classes are £4. Classes are included in your membership if you are a standard member.
