Thank you for choosing the national centre for your fitness membership.
Our fitness suite has all the space and equipment you will need to get a great workout and our fitness team are always on hand to support you with your training.
In-person inductions: we would encourage new members, particularly Junior members and first-time gym members, to arrange an in-person induction. Speak to the team at reception who will be able to help set up an induction for you.

FITNESS CLASSES
If you are a standard member then indoor classes are included in your membership. You will find the timetable here. Off peak members can pay for classes separately.
