This was the first residential gathering of ‘The Collective’. Members of Who Cares? Scotland who are leading the way in transforming the care system in Scotland as care experienced young people and adults.
Why did you choose the national centre?
We were keen to develop stronger relationships with sportscotland and look at using their National Sports Training Centre for our residential gatherings, making use of the high quality facilities and accommodation.

A fantastic venue, both the food and accommodation were of high standards. We had a busy schedule with our workshops and the centre was a lovely venue to spend time in.
What was a highlight of your visit?
Nicky was the main staff member from sportscotland who supported us and we just want to say a big thank you to her and all the staff for making our stay so lovely.
