If something goes wrong or you are dissatisfied with our services, please tell us. If onsite, please speak to our Guest Support Manager in the first instance. Alternatively, the Guest Support Manager can be contacted by telephone on 01475 674666 between 0800 – 2200 daily.
How to complain
sportscotland National Centre Inverclyde requires that for all complaints to be assessed, a written account of the complaint is necessary. When complaining, please tell us:
- your full name and contact details
- as much as you can about the complaint including copies of any relevant documents
- what has gone wrong; and
- what outcome you are seeking.

We recommend reviewing the complaint policy in full prior to submitting a complaint.
We will send you a written or email response from the Centre's Senior Management Team within 5 working days of your formal complaint being received (excluding public holidays).
