Disability sport

The centre, fully reopened in April 2017, has benefited from a £12m investment and is the first UK residential sports centre of its kind – designed for inclusivity. This allows everyone, including athletes, spectators, and visitors, to be able to train and stay all under one roof. Many disability sports groups have utilised the Centre for residential training across a range of sports, including performance squads at elite level.
