When can I check in/check out?   

Check in time is any time from 4pm onwards and check out is by 10am.

Can I check in earlier/out later?

Early check in and later check out are subject to availability and only by prior arrangement by our bookings team and group organiser. 

Do we get a tour/welcome meeting on arrival?   

Yes, a guest support manager will meet with the group leader on arrival and will be on site on the day to welcome you, and can provide a tour if needed.

Are there lifts in the building to residential floors?

Yes, there are 4 large wheelchair accessible lifts, also powerchair suitable.

What is on the menu? 

We have a range of menus types which are confirmed in advance with the group organiser.  Menus rotate regularly, with different options each day of the week.

Do you have a café? 

Yes, opening times are 9am - 6pm weekdays and 9am - 4pm on weekends serving soup, a range of sandwiches and wraps and coffee, cake and refreshments

Do you have a bar? 

Yes, we have a lounge bar open for residential groups of more than 10 guests from 7pm in the evening. The lounge bar can open out with of these times by prior arrangement.

The lounge bar serves a range of hot drinks, a range of non alcoholic and alcoholic bottled refreshments and snacks.

Can I bring takeaway food into the centre? 

Takeaway food is prohibited from being brought in to the centre.

Do you take individual B&B only bookings at the centre? 

It may be possible to accommodate individual bookings linked to a resident sports group, this is subject to availability. Please contact the bookings team for further information.

Do you have towels in the room? 

Yes, there is one bath and one hand towel supplied per person. For stays of more than 4 nights, towels are replenished midway through the stay.

Additional towels such as those for the hot & cold therapy baths must be pre booked in advance.

Do you provide any toiletries? 

There are no toiletries available on site

Is there a hairdryer in the bedrooms?

No, however reception can loan on request

Is there a TV in the room? 

Yes. There is a TV with freeview and terrestrial channels available.

Do you have wi-fi in the bedrooms?

Yes, the whole centre has access to free wi-fi

Do you have any baths? 

All bedrooms have en suite accessible shower rooms, please note there are no baths within bedrooms

 

Can I book a room for single occupancy use? 

All rooms are available to book on a single or twin occupancy basis.

Do you have any hoists fitted with the bedrooms? 

Yes, there are 6 in total and we have a portable hoist that can be requested.

Can you bring a dog overnight? 

Only registered assistance dogs are permitted within the centre and for residential stays by prior arrangement only.

Can you store group kit bags?

Storage areas are on request, please liaise with bookings team

Can I use a meeting room?

Residential groups should request at time of booking and subject to availability

Do you have laundry facilities?

No laundry service available on site. Quick Clean are a local provider who are situated in Largs.  Team kit requirements should be arranged directly with Quick Clean before the group's stay. 

Can we use the fitness suite for individual use? 

Yes, please speak to our team about access

Can we book the PPA area for strength and conditioning session for group bookings? 

Yes, the physical prep area can be blocked for your groups' sole use. Speak to the our bookings team for information and prices for this.

When are the opening/closing times?

Monday –Friday 06:00-22:00, Saturday and Sunday 08:00-22:00

Can we book sportscotland coaching staff for the PPA or fitness sessions?

Yes, there is a cost associated with using our coaching staff, fitness suite and spin studio - all subject to availability - please enquire at time of booking.

Is ice provided in your treatment room?

Yes, the treatment room will have bags of ice in the freezer. Groups requirement for ice should be notified in advance to ensure an adequate supply.
