This is a structured class which is led by our fully qualified gymnastics coaches. The perfect introduction to gymnastics. Parents will support their child within the class. Our aim is to allow children the opportunity to learn through music, nursery rhymes and sensory play before exploring our stations of apparatus. They are encouraged to learn gymnastics skills through play. We focus on developing fine and gross motor skills, problem solving, sensory play, hand eye coordination, language, socialization, and confidence building.
