These classes allow the children to develop and grow their skills within the gymnastics programme on the apparatus whilst having fun with their friends. We aim to offer an experience for all levels of ability and use and develop skills on the trampoline/fast track, vault, beam, bars/parallel bars, rings, and floor apparatus. Strength and Conditioning is introduced in a fun way within these sessions to challenge and allow development.

Please call or visit reception with your preferred class and the team will ask you to complete an application and consent form. If your chosen class is full then you can be added to a waiting list.
