These classes are general mixed gymnastics classes offering the opportunity for both boys and girls to progress onto our gymnastics programme. The class provides the opportunity to develop their co-ordination, fine and gross motor skills whilst having fun in our foam pitted facility and learning how to use our apparatus. During their sessions they will learn how to use and develop skills on the trampoline/fast track, vault, beam, bars/parallel bars, rings, and floor apparatus.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 3.30pm - 4.30pm

Please call or visit reception with your preferred class and the team will ask you to complete an application and consent form. If your chosen class is full then you can be added to a waiting list.
