Our mixed class is for all abilities.
Duration: 1.5 hours

Seniors (Mixed)
This class allows the opportunity for returning gymnasts to continue their gymnastic venture in a non- competitive environment, as well as allowing the transition from our one-hour Junior classes we also offer the opportunity for complete beginners with no experience at all, the chance to come along and try gymnastics for the first time. It is a great way to have fun with friends and build friendships as well as being a great way to keep fit and exercise. It offers the opportunity to challenge, develop and grow personal goals within the sport. We work skills on the trampoline/fast track, vault, beam, bars/parallel bars, rings, and floor apparatus and include strength and conditioning within our sessions.
Senior Girls (Invite only)
These classes are for identified gymnasts who demonstrate a skill level of gymnastics being their main chosen sport. There is potentially, an opportunity for them to lead towards club level competitive gymnastics depending on age, ability, and selection. The aim of these classes is to challenge, perfect, develop and advance their skills. We work skills on the trampoline/fast track, vault, beam, bars/parallel bars, rings, and floor apparatus and include strength and conditioning within our sessions.

Please call or visit reception with your preferred class and the team will ask you to complete an application and consent form. If your chosen class is full then you can be added to a waiting list.
