4. Learn

Learning can help enhance your self-esteem and confidence and can also be a great way to meet new people.  

On this section of the walk have a think about anything you would like to learn, a new skill maybe or an old hobby you’ve been meaning to revisit. If you’re walking with someone why not learn something new about that person. 

Or once you’ve finished the walk take some time to learn more about the 5 ways to better wellbeing and its benefits.
