Why did you choose the national centre?
We chose this venue due to the phenomenal accessibility it promotes. The needs of the individuals staying are complex and this venue offered everything that they needed to be safe for the duration of their stay.
Tell us about your overall experience
From our initial meeting with Nancy to view the centre we knew that it had everything we needed. The facilities are maintained at such a high standard that it felt right for us. The communication from Nancy and others in the booking team ensured that every query I had was answered and nothing was a problem to sort out - this put me at ease. From the day of arrival until the day of exit, our guests and their staff had such great feedback regarding all staff we encountered throughout the week and the amazing service we were provided. The catering and housekeeping teams were also great at catering to all of our needs during our stay - nothing was a problem. The front of house staff who were there all week were phenomenal at showing us about, asking if we needed anything and regularly checked in.
The facilities we used throughout the week were praised by the guests and many have said they would love to come back!
What was your event highlight?
The ceilidh we had on the Thursday night was a definite highlight of our week. This brought together our party and some additional guests who all had a great time. The staff who worked at the bar that night commented on what a great evening it was for them too.
