Our additional facilities
Hot and cold therapy baths
We have a ContrastSpa Duo therapy bath unit to allow athletes to alternate between hot to cold water immersion. Each unit can hold 4 athletes allowing a squad to use these baths quickly and efficiently as part of their core recovery from training. Use of these can be added to your package.
Changing rooms
We have changing areas including shower facilities within the gym and sports halls area.
Medical room
Our medical room is equipped to treat any minor sports injuries. Appropriately trained first aiders are also on hand to assist with medical issues where required.
Meeting rooms
We have 4 available meeting rooms which you can hire out for your meeting or event. If you are interested in hiring out any of our spaces please see more information on our conferences and meetings page.
Café
Open 7 days a week, our onsite café serves snacks, light lunches, and hot and cold drinks with fantastic views over the Firth of Clyde. Come and relax!
Lounge
Our Lounge is available for our residential customers with licensed bar. Please enquire during your booking.
Parking
We have a number of car parks around our site, each with a number of disabled spaces. We have a bus turning circle and bike chain area.
