Facilities 

  • 1x full size grass football pitch (105m x 68m) included for 2x 2-hour training sessions each full day of your booking. 2 hour training session on afternoon of arrival and morning of departure included 
  • Synthetic pitch available as back up for grass pitch 
  • Goal keeping area  
  • Includes 1 hour of exclusive access to 4 weightlifting platforms in our physical preparation area for each full day booked
  • Exclusive access to a team changing facility for the duration of stay 
  • Away team changing facilities available 
  • Exclusive access to the treatment room for the duration of stay 
  • Exclusive use of the hot and cold therapy baths for each full day of your booking (including towels) 
  • Kit storage available
  • Use of laundry room for kit for each full day of your booking - includes detergent
  • Access to a meeting space for duration of visit 
  • We have a limited selection of equipment available on site which can be utilised to support your booking including: 
    • Mannequins 
    • Hurdles  
    • Cones  
    • Pop up goals  
    • Rebound goals 

Catering 

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper are included during your stay. Meals are served in our dining room allowing you to train, stay and eat under one roof.

  • First meal included in the package is dinner on day of arrival 
  • Final meal included in the package is lunch on day of departure 

Performance+ Menu included as standard for preseason training. Choose two mains (two meat options or a vegetarian option) and four sides. Delivers 66% more protein to support high intensity preparation.

Accommodation 

Our accommodation boasts 60 spacious twin bedrooms over 4 levels, with choice of single or twin occupancy in rooms. Numbers for your group’s visit should be confirmed at the time of booking.

All rooms feature: 

  • 7ft beds
  • Wet rooms

Check in from 4pm 
Check out at 10am 

First Aid Equipment

The centre has the following first aid equipment onsite:

  • 1 Spinal board
  • 5 Defibrillators (including 1 located at the grass pitches/Outdoor 3G, and 1 in the Indoor 3G)
  • 2 wheelchairs
  • 1 set of crutches

The closest hospitals to the Centre are Inverclyde Royal Hospital, Greenock and Crosshouse Hospital, Kilmarnock.
