1. Be Active

With any type of exercise, it’s important to warm up. Use this first part of the walk as an opportunity to warm up your body and mind. Walk at your own pace, taking as many breaks as you need. Embrace how it feels to be present in the moment and how your body and mind change from resting to active mode.
