2. Connect

Now that you are warm and active, move your attention inwards and connect with the feelings and sensations that the walk evokes. 

Start by taking a few deep breathes to connect and check-in with your body:  

Are you feeling calm, nervous, tired? How are your feet and legs feeling?  

As you continue through this section of the walk keep checking-in with your body and mind.
