A high intensity interval training class based on Boxing training. Utilising punching techniques and pad work through a combination of jabs, hooks & uppercuts to Maximise the workout in a circuit training style. Suitable for all levels this class will improve your core and build strength and endurance, with the management of fatigue and stress reduction.
