Fitness

We have something for everyone in our fitness class timetable, from Metafit to Spin, to Flex and Core.  7 days a week.  

Standard members have their classes included in their memberships, you can also pay as you go, £6 for 1 hour, £6 for 45 minute classes and £5 for a 30 minute class.

For members classes are bookable 1 week in advance and PAYG can book 6 days in advance.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class time below to get set up and prepared.  Classes will start promptly at times provided.

Please note that the fitness timetable is subject to change occasionally due to operational reasons such as staff absence. 

Occasionally due to residential group bookings, per membership terms & conditions, fitness classes may be relocated or cancelled.

Abs/Core

Circuits

A total body work out that is station based and aims to boost overall fitness. Combining resistance with cardio this class will challenge you no matter your fitness level.

Core Conditioning

Build up your core strength and stability by attending this gut busting class. Be prepared to use a wide variety of exercises and methods to maximise your training and develop your core to its full potential.

A low impact class working on improving muscle tone via means of flexibility and core based exercise.

Hybrid Fit

The Inverclyde version of a Hyrox style conditioning class.

Kettlebell resistance training

A full body resistance class that builds strength & endurance. This class is versatile and effective in toning and sculpting the body and is open for all levels.

Learn to Lift

Master the basics of strength training. Build confidence, learn proper form & develop safe, effective lifting techniques to support your long term fitness goals. Learn to Lift is aimed primarily for beginners, but could also benefit those looking to refine their technique.

Meta – PWR

30 minutes of equipment based training. A mix of movement patterns that set out to hit all components of fitness. This class elevates the metabolism and you will leave knowing that you have worked hard and wanting more.

Meta-fit

30 minutes HIIT using your own bodyweight to not only build strength but boost your cardiovascular engine. Always changing, always dynamic & intense. Every movement is scalable for all to get maximum return.

Mobility

We slow it down and take a low impact approach aimed at quality of movement. We target all those areas that we all feel in daily life: hips, shoulders, back & more. Aimed at all, this should be one to add to your class regime.

Spin

Are you ready for high energy to challenge your cardio? Low impact but with big results. Welcome to the world of spin where you will not only burn a massive amount of calories but your speed, strength & endurance will be tested.
