Fitness

We have something for everyone in our fitness class timetable, from Metafit to Spin, to Flex and Core.  7 days a week.  

Standard members have their classes included in their memberships, you can also pay as you go, £6 for 1 hour and 45 minute classes and £5 for a 30 minute class.

For members classes are bookable 1 week in advance and PAYG can book 6 days in advance.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class time below to get set up and prepared.  Classes will start promptly at times provided.

Please note that the fitness timetable is subject to change occasionally due to operational reasons such as staff absence. 

Occasionally due to residential group bookings, per membership terms & conditions, fitness classes may be relocated or cancelled.

Spin

A low impact, motivating cardio workout, set to brilliant beats, controlled at your own pace and intensity. Focuses on strength, speed and endurance and can burn over 500 calories in one session!
