From Spin to Mobility, Flex and Core to Circuits, our fitness class timetable has something for everyone, delivered in our Studios, or within the fitness suite, 7 days a week.

Fitness class information:

Standard, Junior and Student memberships include unlimited access to fitness classes.  

For off peak members and pay as you go (PAYG) customers prices are:

1 hour class: £6  
45-minute class: £6  
30-minute class: £5 

Classes are bookable 7 days in advance for both members and PAYG customers 

The easiest way to book a fitness class is via our app – download it to get started. Alternatively, you can click on the ‘book now’ links in the timetable section below. 

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class time below to get set up and prepared.  Classes will start promptly at times provided. 

You can join online by visiting our fitness membership page. Or visit our friendly reception team at the centre who can support you with the online sign up process.
