A total body work out that is station based and aims to boost overall fitness. Combining resistance with cardio this class will challenge you no matter your fitness level.

  • Wednesday 6.30-7am Fitness suite (starts 3rd Sept)
  • Thursday 6.30-7pm Studio 1
  • Sunday 10-10.30am Studio 1
