Users don't read web pages - they scan them looking for information that's relevant to their current task. We can make this easier for them by keeping the content brief and break it into logical chunks.
Copying and pasting from word can cause formatting issues so it's always best to copy into notepad before pasting into Umbraco.
Subheadings
Sub headings can be applied using the formats toolbar - this produces a consistent presentation and properly structured HTML (for search and accessibility).
Avoid using ALLCAPS in place of proper subheadings as these are harder to read and don't produce the correct document structure which Google loves.
Bullets
When using bullets it's important to front load the main keywords people often won't read past the first word or two.
