Fitness classes

We have something for everyone in our fitness class timetable, from Metafit to Spin, to Flex and Core.  7 days a week.  

Standard members have their classes included in their memberships, you can also pay as you go, £5 for a 1 hour and 45 minute classes and £4 for a 30 minute class.

Our new timetable kicks off on 1st July and is bookable from Friday 24 June 2022.  6 days in advance for PAYG customers.  

Our refreshed timetable will kick off from Friday 1 July 2022.  For members this is bookable from Friday 24 June and PAYG can book 6 days in advance.
