Fitness

We have something for everyone in our fitness class timetable, from Metafit to Spin, to Flex and Core.  7 days a week.  

Standard members have their classes included in their memberships, you can also pay as you go, £5.75 for 1 hour and 45 minute classes and £4.75 for a 30 minute class.

Our refreshed timetable will kick off from Monday 1 April 2024.  For members this is bookable 1 week in advance and PAYG can book 6 days in advance.

Please note that the fitness timetable is subject to change occasionally due to operational reasons such as staff absence. 

Occasionally due to residential group bookings, per membership terms & conditions, fitness classes may be relocated or cancelled.
