Fitness suite and memberships

Our fitness suite consists of a world class gym with a physical preparation area including squat racks, free weights, multiple fixed resistance machines and a sprint track.  We also have a wide range of functional
equipment and multiple cardio machines to give you an all round workout.  If you would like to see a full list of our equipment including our adapted and accessible equipment please visit our facilities page link below.

We also have two studio spaces, one of these is a spin studio, where we run a varied fitness class timetable throughout the week.

Opening hours

Our fitness suite is open between 6am and 10pm weekdays and 8am - 10pm at weekends.  Standard and junior members can access the gym at any of these times.  Gym only members have restricted times of usage: 9am - 5pm weekdays and 12noon - 8pm on weekends.

Membership options

Our membership options are:

Standard: £36 per month - includes all classes and full opening hours

Joint (2 people): £65 per month 

Group (4 people): £116 per month - cost per person is £29, full amount must be paid in one direct debit

Junior (14-17years)/Student: £22.50 per month - valid student card required for student membership

Gym only: £26 per month - gym only membership has limited hours of usage (see above)

How to join

Please phone our customer service team on 01475 674 666 or visit reception in person to complete your membership forms.  You will pay a £25 upfront fee to cover your first month and your access band and be booked in for an induction should you require one. 

Your access band should be worn every time you visit. 

You can also sign up for an online account to allow you to book fitness classes online.

Fitness classes

Our standard memberships (including joint and group) include all of our fitness classes. 

You can also pay as you go for fitness classes and these are priced at £5 for a 60 or 45 minute class and £4 for a 30 minute
