AMRAP

AMRAP stands for as many reps or rounds as possible It’s a style of workout where the goal is to complete as many repetitions as possible of a specific exercise or circuit within a set time frame. The beauty of ARMRAP lies in its simplicity and versatility. By challenging yourself to perform as many reps or rounds as you can in a given time period, you can push your limits increase your strength and endurance and enhance your overall fitness levels.
